In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Required Credentials: Driver license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Ascension Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required during onboarding prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required prior to start; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding prior to start; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed.
Unit Details: Patients seen: oncology, hematology, end of life/hospice, overflow med-surg.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
