Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Required Skills / Experience: Previous HH and HCHB experience required

Special Requests: Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee. ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any) Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

Floating Requirement: Territory: 50-mile radius from the office
