Required Skills/Experience:
- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
- 2+ years of experience required. Inpatient and/or outpatient required.
Required Credentials:
- Driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
Unit Details:
- Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in compliance with licensure standards.
- Works with an interdisciplinary team contributing to patient goal development, care planning, and identifying barriers to discharge.
- Provides patient-centered care and educates the patient/family on treatment procedures, assistive devices, home programs, and other topics related to their health and well-being.
- Provides clinical supervision to OTA in a collaborative manner following state licensure and care delivery standards.
