Required Skills/Experience:

• First-time travelers not accepted.
• Experience circulating in trauma, ortho trauma, ortho total joints, spine, hearts, MI vascular, GYN, GYN-Oncology, robotics, general, HPB, bariatrics, urology, ENT, eyes, pain, and plastics cases required.
• Charge RN experience and scrubbing proficiency required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Helpful if able to perform laparoscopic and open belly cases, ortho trauma, cysto, and vascular; robotics is a plus.
• Candidates comfortable with some of these cases may be considered case by case.

Special Requests:

• RTO requires manager approval.

Unit Details:

• Surgery specialties include trauma, ortho trauma, ortho total joints, spine, hearts, MI vascular, GYN, GYN-Oncology, robotics, general, HPB, bariatrics, urology, ENT, eyes, pain, and plastics.
• Free Parking

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every 4th weekend.
• Weekend coverage could be call or a scheduled shift depending on need.
• Scheduled weekend shifts are typically 7a-7p.
• Call required: average of 6 call shifts per 6-week schedule.
• 45-minute response time.
• Call shifts may be 11p-7a or 7a-7p/7p-7a on weekends.
• Travelers will work 75% of holidays.
• Schedule cycle is every 6 weeks.
