Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have charge experience or be willing to learn and take on charge duties.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro and stroke experience highly preferred.

Special Requests: Block requests are considered, but never guaranteed. Up to 5 days of requested time off in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved; additional time is subject to approval and would need to be made up at the end of the assignment.

Unit Details: Medical and surgical neuro patients, including Parkinson's, stroke, and lumbar cases; no trauma. Equipment includes IV pumps.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week at the request of the candidate. Every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) unless otherwise approved. Expected to work at least one major summer holiday (Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day) or one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day).

Floating Requirements: Customary floating to Med Surg and Progressive.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
