Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Ultrasound experience: thoracentesis preferred. Neonate experience preferred. McKesson experience preferred.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Inpatient and outpatient lab performing resting echocardiograms, exercise stress/dobutamine echocardiograms, and TEEs. Assists with procedures in the cath lab as needed. Daily caseload: approx 6-8 depending on shift. Uses Epic.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: Yes as needed. Weekends as needed.
Floating Requirements: Will position float between units: Yes.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
