Travel Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license to receive the travel rate. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have an employment separation of at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. Assignment length may vary: 13-16 weeks.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call.

Floating Requirements: May have to float to like units on the same campus or to another campus within Wichita.
