Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Recent home health experience for a Medicare Certified Agency
Required Credentials: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri
Territory: Lewis County - there may be crossover so we request flexibility with location
