References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Skills Checklist: Cannot contain any N/As; all lines must have a numerical rating.
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
Special Requests: Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift & Scheduling: Mostly days but may vary; every other weekend and holiday. No on-call or call-back available.
