Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Required Credentials: Dementia testing required prior to start.
Special Requests: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job. Current/previous employees must have been off for 6 months from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Previous employment must be disclosed on resume or in submission for DNU check. Resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Skills checklist cannot contain any N/As; all lines must have a numerical rating.
Unit Details: Post-acute setting.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends or holidays.
