Required Skills/Experience:
- 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Required Credentials:
- Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
Special Requests:
- Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
- Backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee.
Unit Details:
- LTC population with memory care, dementia, and orthopedic patients; no behavioral risks currently.
- Typically staffed with 2 nurses on days/evenings and 1 nurse on nights.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend and every other holiday.
- No call.
- 8s and 12s.
- Evening, Night.
