Travel Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Required Credentials:

• Dementia testing will be required prior to start.

Special Requests:

• Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• Backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee.

Unit Details:

• LTC population with memory care, dementia, and orthopedic patients; no behavioral risks currently.
• Typically staffed with 2 nurses on days/evenings and 1 nurse on nights.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend and every other holiday.
• No call.
• 8s and 12s.
• Evening, Night.
