Required Credentials: Valid driver's license and agency-level auto insurance required.
Unit Details: Provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a registered physical therapist according to the patient's plan of care. Duties include exercise, massage, heat, water, light, and electrical modalities; gait and functional training; ADL and transfer training; prosthetic training; patient and caregiver education; and timely clinical documentation. Uses equipment such as ultraviolet and infrared lamps, low-voltage generation, diathermy, and ultrasonic machines.
