Travel Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Experience with managing patients on bipap/cpap, cardiac rhythm interpretation, CVP monitoring, monitoring hemodynamic lines, post-surgical drains, trachs, chest tubes

Titratable drips including (but not limited to): Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Esmolol, Insulin, Cardene, Nitro, Levophed, and Epinephrine

RNs required to read/measure tele strips

Unit / Facility Details: Parking: Free parking on campus and parking deck

Special Requests: Will accept first time travelers if with 2 years of ICU experience

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Every other weekend, may work back-to-back weekends (rare)

No Call

Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy

Schedule Cycle: 6 weeks

Floating Requirement: Any like unit/patient location (MS-MS, MS-ICU task, MS-ER/MS holds; ICU-ICU, ICU-MS task or limit of 3, ICU-ER/ICU holds). This unit is mixed acuity and will include intermediate care patients, as well as non-vented ICU level patients.

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.
