Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Required Credentials:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Completion of an accredited RN First Assistant (RNFA) program or other recognized first-assisting education program.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 1+ years of related operating room/surgical experience preferred.

Unit Details:

• Assists the surgeon during procedures with exposure, hemostasis, visualization, closure, wound dressing, and insertion/securement of drainage systems; prepares and organizes sterile supplies, instruments, equipment, and drapes; positions patients for surgery; uses pneumatic tourniquets, electrocautery, and endoscopy equipment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday through Thursday.
• Holidays as required.
• On-call one weekend per month and 7 additional nights of call during the month.
