Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
1-2 years of experience with fresh cardiac surgery patients and direct primary recovery required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Balloon pump, Impella training, and HemoSphere or Acumen training preferred.
Unit Details:
Patient ratios are 1:1 for immediate post-surgical patients and 1:2 on POD 1-3.
The unit is launching a new cardiac surgery program.
Shift & Scheduling:
3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks.
Floating Requirements:
Floating clinicians will take the same patient ratio as the unit they float to.
