Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Bone Marrow Transplant Unit experience within the past 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Stepdown, Critical Care, blood administration, electrolyte replacement, neuro assessment skills, central line dressing changes, high risk and hazardous drug administration.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Oncology/Hematology experience, chemotherapy administration, BMT experience, critical care experience including vents and drips
Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend, holidays as needed
Floating Requirements: Will float to like units which include stepdown and critical care units as well as oncology
