In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: HFNC, BiPAP, stable gtt management, and pacers. Cardiovascular and vascular patient population. Cardiac stepdown cases include POD#1 CABG/AVR/MVR, AAA repair, lobectomy, CEA, NSTEMI, STEMI, ACS, sepsis, GI bleed, post-DKA, respiratory failure, and trachs.
Floating Requirements: Floats between the critical care service line.
