Additional Details:
Labs must be completed within 48 hours of accepting an offer.
Required Skills/Experience: 3 years of full time clinical nursing experience. 2 years of current experience in peritoneal dialysis in an outpatient setting. Prior experience in education and training patients in peritoneal dialysis within last 3 years.
Special Requests: You must be able to start on the start date specified for this job. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: Expected to take a 12 hour on-call shift every other Sunday and a 3 hour on-call shift following their regular shift approximately 2 times weekly. Every other weekend - scheduled to work on Saturday + on call on Sunday. RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. Flexible contract hours: 36 per week.
Floating Requirements: Do not apply if you are not willing to meet the possible floating obligation. Cook is a mandatory float facility; all resources are required to float at the facility's discretion.
