Travel Nurse (RN) - Pulmonary Unit

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.

Required Credentials: No temporary licenses accepted. All RNs are required to complete a Cardiac Exam during onboarding. RNs are allowed two attempts and must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass prior to clearance. ICU and ED RNs will also be required to take an on-site test in addition to the online pre-test.

Unit Details: Acute and chronic respiratory patient population, including pneumonia, shortness of breath, COPD, and other lung diseases; also cares for medical patients with GI issues, diabetes, and occasional stroke and surgical patients. Daily interdisciplinary rounds. Patient ratios: 1:6 on the medical respiratory unit and 1:4 in the respiratory step-down unit.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Holidays as required. Every other weekend.
