OR RNs only: Application must include either an OR - Circulating or an OR - Scrub skills checklist, in addition to the OR - RN checklist.
Required Skills/Experience: -General PCU skillset: titrating cardiac drips, insulin drips and vasopressors to include – Esmolol, Cardene, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Labetolol, Levophed, Nipride, Nitro; chest tubes, traches, central line management, management of drains/tubes, wound care, etc .-Will Accept a First-time traveler? First time travelers must have 2 years of perm staff (acute care) RN experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Cardiac skills: may be seen on all (3) units - management and pulling venous sheaths, TR Bands, managing Temporary pacemakers – preferred skills
Required Credentials: Traveler will be required to PASS an EKG competency exam as part of compliance, prior to arrival (includes MedSurg RN)
Preferred Credentials: Preferred: LVAD certification (2 West only)
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free parking in designated areas
Shift & Scheduling:
- Thursday through Sunday. -Holiday Expectations: will work 2/3 major holidays
Floating Requirements: Units: possibly to 2 North or 2 East (Medical Stepdown) or Medsurg (1:5-6 ratios)
