Additional Information
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Clinicians who live within 51-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests:
Must be able to work at the assigned location throughout the full term of the contractual engagement.
Unit Details:
Patient population includes adolescents, infants, and pediatric patients.
The PICU receives patients with diagnoses including respiratory illness, sepsis, postoperative surgical patients, hematology/oncology, renal transplant, and more.
Shift & Scheduling:
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Rotating shifts and work during inclement weather will be required.
Must be able to take call.
Must be able to work assigned weekends.
Must be able to work at least 50 percent of the holidays that occur during the contract.
