Required Skills/Experience: Strong triage skills and knowledge of ESI (Emergency Severity Index). Clinic experience mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience in the specialty that is being applied for in order to be considered; in some cases more experience may be required.
Required Credentials: Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification must be current and obtained within the last 3 years of start date.
Special Requests: Shared housing may be available based on availability; no family or pets.
Unit Details: Specialized RN role involving consultation, assessment, and evaluation of diabetes-related services to individuals, families, and communities.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday through Friday with a 1-hour lunch. No weekends or holidays. 15-minute call response time for all units with a call requirement.
Floating Requirements: Position works within the Diabetes Clinic and Primary Care Clinic.
