Required Skills / Experience: Strong hospital pharmacy experience
Oncology Exposure
Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
Oncology pharmacy experience
Chemotherapy medication preparation experience
Hazardous drug compounding experience
Preferred Skills / Experience: Experience working independently in a smaller hospital setting
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday
Additional Coverage: Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation shared with pharmacy team
