Required Skills/Experience: Microtomy, embedding, ability to perform re-cuts, and troubleshooting difficult blocks required. Ability to work in a high-volume histology lab and maintain case integrity required.

Unit Details: High-volume histology lab handling special stains, tissue specimens, cell cultures, microscopic exams, routine histology, IHC, frozen sections, surgical pathology, immunofluorescence, and hematoxylin. Uses Epic Beaker and microtome.

Shift & Scheduling: 8 hour shifts; start times vary; histology closes at 22:30. No weekend requirements. No holiday requirements. No call or standby call requirement.
