Travel Nurse (RN) - Psychiatric Unit

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Required Skills/Experience:
2 years of experience required; must have acute psych with complex disorders experience.
Inpatient, locked unit, anxiety disorders, assault/violence, personality and depressive disorders are required skills.
Less than 2 years of experience may be considered.

Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Adult patient population.
Support services include chaplain services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, social services, pharmacy, and a unit secretary.
OT/AT courtyard and on-unit groups are available daily.
Community meeting groups are held on the unit.
NA groups are held every other week.
A rapid response team is available for medical emergencies.
CPI is provided to travelers.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements:
Floating is required within BHS, PEDS ED, and other units as needed.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
