Travel Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
CVICU and Neuro experience preferred but not required.

Required Credentials:
Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; passing score of at least 80%, with only two attempts permitted; update every 3 years.
Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only 2 attempts allowed; updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty.
Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG and OSHA topics; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only 2 attempts allowed; updated every 3 years.
Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend; every other holiday.

Floating Requirements:
Will float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU; patients will be assigned within the clinician's skill set; may be given Med/Surg/IMC patient assignments if needed.
Will need to float onsite within the clinician's skill set or may need to float to other sites if needed.
