Required Skills/Experience:

• Recent California Dignity Health Hospital experience as a Care Coordinator is required. Candidates who have not worked for Dignity/CommonSpirit in this role will not be considered.

Special Requests:

• An interview may not be available prior to offer.
• Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
• Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
• Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Shift & Scheduling:

• every other weekend

Floating Requirements:

• Will float to all units excluding surgery. first to float.
