Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: PICU, NICU, and Peds floor experience is required. PICU experience must include medical patients, pre- and post-op cardiac patients, ECMO patients, and delivery of INO. NICU experience must include micro preemies and pre-op cardiac patients, as well as knowledge of 3100A and INO delivery. Required vent experience: Hamilton G5, Hamilton C-1, 3100-A. EEGs. Micro-premie, pre/post cardiac surgery.

Preferred Skills/Experience: VDR experience preferred. -Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred

Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, and adolescent patient population. In-patient acute hospital respiratory therapy department providing full spectrum of respiratory care services in NICU, PICU, Peds, and adult settings.

Shift & Scheduling: No call.

Floating Requirements: Peds will be the primary role during the contract, but floating to adult acute care is also expected; the RRT should be able to do acute care floors for all patients. Should also be familiar with cystic fibrosis patients; will be asked to work Peds floor when needed.
