Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Variable start times: 7, 9, 10, or 11. Day variable plus call shift. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float Petaluma and Santa Rosa. Willing to help at other facilities and in PreAdmit Phone Calls for Surgery.
