Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

For units that auto offer : A maximum of 5 days RTO and no holidays will be approved automatically. RTO over 5 days and holiday requests will have to be reviewed by the facility, which will delay the process.

Required Skills/Experience: Cornell requires experience at a large academic setting (teaching hospital)

Required Credentials: Electronic Fetal Monitoring required

Perinatal Quality Foundation (PQF)

Unit/Facility Details: NYP doesn’t accept EFM from: • Associate of Women’s Health, Obstetric & Neonatal Nurse (AWOHNN).

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Yes to areas within acuity.
