Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills / Experience: Must have 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab experience

Special Requests:

  • Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
  • Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one-off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System.

Unit Details:

  • Common diagnosis / types of patients: Ortho-total joints, neuro-strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical, and general ICU; does not typically see TBI.
  • Uses Epic.
  • Works with rehab aides; no COTAs.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • 4 10's - 0730-1800. No self scheduling.
  • Rotating weekends, unless the traveler is assigned to weekends as their regular shift.
  • Holidays as needed.
  • Travelers should plan on working M-F 5 8’s to accommodate the onboarding schedule.

Floating Requirements:

  • Acute Inpatient and Rehab, potentially ICU - depends on experience and need for ICU.
