Travel Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• 24 months minimum of experience in Telemetry/Cardiac, Stepdown, or Progressive Care experience

• Experience with the following patient populations: ICD (implantable cardioverter-defibrillator) & Pacemaker

• Experience caring for CABG (coronary arterial bypass grafting) & vascular surgical patients

• Cardiac Rhythm experience

• Cardiac Drip/titration experience

• Equipment experience: Alaris IV pump, wound vac

Preferred Skills/Experience: Level I Trauma experience

Shift & Scheduling:

• Can offer 36s

• Weekend Requirements: Every 4th weekend

• On Call Requirements: None

• Holiday rotation

• Holiday update: Unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Floating Requirements: Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist
