Required Credentials:
- Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
- Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed.
