Little to no holiday RTO is requested for coverage.
Unit Details:
Uses Perigen charting.
Patient ratios are 1:1 for OB and 1:3 for Med-Surg (average).
May occasionally take charge.
Floating Requirements:
May work in Med-Surg as needed and may spend more time in Med-Surg than Obstetrics.
