References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but candidates with inpatient rehabilitation experience will also be considered.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Primarily outpatient care with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. Additional exposure to geriatric and neurological populations. Opportunity for a blended role across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM. Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
