Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend is required, including Sundays and the entire weekend.
Every other holiday is required.
Special Requests:
No RTO is allowed within the first two weeks of the assignment.
Minimal RTO is expected.
Cannot work another job and apply for this assignment.
Unit Details:
Patient ratios are 1:3-4 on days and 1:7-8 on nights.
The patient population is general medical.
Telemetry is not used on the unit.
CPAP is used at bedtime only.
Nurses perform all respiratory treatments.
