Additional Details:
RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.
No medical marijuana cards accepted.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Cardiac PCU experience preferred.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring. Pre and post cardiac catheterization patients and pacemaker patients. 24 observation patients to rule out MI. Patients with chest pain, shortness of breath, COPD, DM, HTN, renal failure. Care of patients after transfer out of ICU. Patients post CVA (after patient spends 24 hours in ICU) that may have TPA. Care of medical or surgical overflow patients on occasion.
Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. On-call required. RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days. Flexible contract hours: 36 hours per week for 3-12s or 48 hours per week for 4-12s.
Floating Requirements: Float within scope to meet facility needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
