Required Skills/Experience:
2 years’ experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.
Unit Details:
Work includes inpatient and acute units.
Responsibilities include completing all aspects of care for assigned patients, including evaluations, formulating plans of care, collaborating on care plans with patients, families, and other disciplines, performing therapeutic interventions, providing education, and meeting all department documentation requirements.
Patient population includes geriatric, neurological, stroke, and amputation patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
Schedule is Monday through Friday.
One weekend is required per month.
Holidays are as required.
