In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months since employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Any holiday that falls on a regularly scheduled shift.
