Additional Details:

At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Special Requests:

• Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• If previously worked for Marshfield, employment must have ended at least 6 months before submission.
• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Unit Details:

• Acute inpatient and acute rehab setting serving adult and pediatric ICU, Level 2 trauma, stroke, same-day discharge joint, neuro, ortho, general med surg, oncology, and adult and pediatric inpatient rehab populations.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekends and holidays in rotation with core staff; comp days are scheduled. Possible call.

Floating Requirements:

• May need to cover adult and pediatric acute inpatient, adult and pediatric ICUs, and adult and pediatric acute inpatient rehab.

Required Skills/Experience: - ADL evaluation and documentation justifying next level of care.
