Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted.
Need 1 RN manager or director reference. Must have academic medical center experience or experience in a 500+ bed facility.
Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are review on a very limited basis).
Required Skills/Experience: Neuro, Cardiac, or vascular surgery needed. IR experience: diagnostic and interventional procedures including and not limited to angiography, embolization, venous access, venography, myelography, abdominal interventions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsy, TIPS, dialysis access/fistula work, Y90/SIRT experience.
Required Credentials: Candidates must be a graduate of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology ARRT certification.
