Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Unit Details: Ratios: Stepdown 1:3 and floor 1:5-6. Common diagnoses/types of patients: respiratory issues, weakness, UTI, AKI, chest pain. RNs are required to titrate heparin, insulin, Cardizem, and amiodarone drips. RT equipment includes CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow. Telemetry is monitored at Ruby.
Shift & Scheduling: 3 weekend shifts per 4 weeks schedule. Rotating holiday requirement. No call or standby requirement.
