Unit Details: Patient ratio depends on acuity level of patients; typically it is 1:3-4 for days and 1:5 for nights.
Shift & Scheduling: No more than 7 days of RTO. Every third weekend. On-call: none. Holidays as needed.
Floating Requirements: As needed to MedSurg, Tele, and ED (boarding).
