Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience with geriatric/pediatric, chronic disease management, maintenance OASIS- E Experience.
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if seasoned to home health.
- Gait training, balance training, non-pharmaceutical pain management, create plan of care to get patients to highest level of functioning in the most efficient way, good communication with clinical team, recognizing signs and symptoms to prevent readmissions
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free
Special Requests: RTO: Manager approval
Shift & Scheduling: No major holidays. Schedule cycle: every 13 weeks.
Floating Requirements: Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between.
