Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience: Thoracic and vascular experience to include heart and valve replacements. Cardiac (CV/PV) experience. AAA experience. Coronary artery bypass graft experience. Fem-pop bypass experience. Mitral or aortic valve replacement experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Circulating RN experience in general OR including ortho, neuro, plastics, vascular, trauma, robotic OB/GYN, and urology cases. General circulating knowledge including positioning, prepping, and facilitating cases in these surgical areas.
Unit Details: Surgical procedures include general, trauma, orthopedics (trauma and elective joints/sports medicine), urology, GYN, XI robotic, plastics, neuro (complex crani and spine services), and cardiothoracic cases. Uses XI Robot, advanced spine equipment, and Mako joint robot.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. On-call: 3 call shifts (12hr) every 4 weeks.
