Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to.
Eligibility as current/previous employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI or Dignity. RTO must be requested upfront and is limited to 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract. No holiday RTO. Additional RTO will not be approved after submission.
Required Skills/Experience: Moderate sedation experience required.
Unit Details: Cares for inpatient, outpatient, and emergent IR patients. Common procedures include stroke thrombectomy, embolizations, lines/tubes, visceral procedures, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, drain insertions, chest tubes, and work in CT and ultrasound areas. Role includes conscious sedation management, charting, circulating, and IR pre/post care. Uses Philips Xper (Hemo) and Siemens C-Arm.
Shift & Scheduling: Team scheduling; schedules are posted 17 days prior for 6 weeks at a time. On-call 1-2 weeknights per week, every third weekend, and every other holiday. Call response time is 30 minutes.
Floating Requirements: Float to Radiology pre/post.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
