Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Stepdown or ICU experience needed. Post-op care, BiPAP, and cardiac gtt experience required.
Unit Details: Post-op patients with high-acuity surgeries or lower-acuity surgical patients who did not recover as expected and may need cardiac gtt or BiPAP; trauma; high-acuity medical patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend night schedule. Every other weekend as required by facility. No call. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Special Requests: Block scheduling with no specific days may be approved based on facility requirements. RTO of 5 days or less must be made up on the back end. Holiday RTO: only 1 request per assignment.
Floating Requirements: Expected to float to any department with the same acuity or lower, when needed.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
