Required Skills/Experience:
Will take 1.5 years of experience if from a Level I trauma center or large hospital.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
2 years of experience preferred.
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
RTO greater than 7 days and/or holiday requests require approval.
Parking costs $125/month.
Unit Details:
Patients are adults.
The unit provides hospice/palliative care, chemotherapy/biotherapy administration, and blood products.
Solid tumor cancers include lung, colon, melanoma, brain, urologic, gastric, pancreatic, CNS lymphoma, and non-surgical head and neck cancers.
The unit also serves as a hematology overflow unit.
Patient staffing ratios are 3-4 on days, 4-5 on nights, and 4 on weekends.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend required.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
The clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
