Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Structural heart experience. Strong and experienced circulator. Precept as needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience: EP experience. Preference is a scrubber.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday with a random day off during the week (cannot promise blocked scheduling) -- 40 hrs/week; holiday rotation -- 1 night/week & Every 3rd weekend: 7:30p Friday through 7a Monday.
- Weekend Requirements: call schedule / Assigned cases on rare occasion.
- On Call Requirements: 1 nights/week & Every 3rd weekend: 7:30p Friday through 7a Monday.
- Holiday Update: Unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Floating Requirements: Will be required to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units. Must be willing to float across campuses if needed (minutes within one another).
