Required Credentials:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Unit Details:
Patient population includes adult and pediatric patients.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing measurable treatment goals and treatment programs, administering diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests, providing treatment modalities, and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress.
Provides patient and family education and communicates with medical and allied health personnel regarding progress, needs, and discharge planning.
Provides guidance and direction to Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and affiliating students.
Shift & Scheduling:
Rotating days with shift options of 8am-6:30pm or 9am-7:30pm.
Rotating weekends and occasional holidays.
